* 시료용액(Solution)에 요오드(Free Iodine)가 존재하면 White(백색) 시험지의 Color가 Deep-Blue (군청색)
로 변함.
* Test Paper 1매(개)를 떼어서 시료용액에 적시어(시험지를 용액에 담그거나 용액의 Dropping에 의함)
시험지의 Color 변화를 관찰한다.
